DELIVERY
We usually deliver within 7 days of receiving your order as all orders are sent Royal Mail next day delivery. However please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although you will be contacted if we expect a delay.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING PRICES
Within UK
Items for the UK are sent next day Recorded delivery. The charge is £8.00 for the first item and 50p for each subsequent item to a maximum of £10
We offer an Express Next Day Delivery Service charged at £10. Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
Europe
We are happy to ship to Europe, and this service usually takes less than 7 days.
International (outside Europe)
We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing to: info@melissalo.com within 7 days from the date that you received your goods.
Items should be returned unworn and in the same condition as when sold. They should be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery (or similar for international customers) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (21 days for Europe excluding UK, 28 days Rest of the World). Please send to the address below.
Please enclose your name and address, order number, details of the item you are returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note that you will not be refunded the postage. Refunds are made within 14 days from our receipt of the item onto the card used for the purchase. You will be sent the credit card slip of the refund in the post.
If you wish to exchange your order you will not be charged postage for the first exchange, please send items back for exchange as per the instructions for returns above.
Please note sale items cannot be returned.
